Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of freedomlax.com and the team apps on it (Game Tape, Film Study and the coaches’ tools), and the Freedom Eagles Lacrosse text-message program. By signing in or by turning on text messages, you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.
The site
- freedomlax.com is a private team site for the players and coaching staff of Freedom Eagles Lacrosse. Access is by roster only; a coach adds you and you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email or phone.
- Game film, clips, statistics and lessons are for the team’s own use. Do not share sign-in links, download or redistribute film, or post other players’ clips or answers outside the team.
- Be respectful in anything you write or record. Coaches can remove content and deactivate accounts that misuse the site.
- The site is provided as is. We try to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for losses from using it or from its being unavailable.
Text-message program
Program name: Freedom Eagles Lacrosse texts.
What it is: Freedom Eagles Lacrosse sends one-time sign-in links for Game Tape and Film Study, and Film Study notifications: a coach sent you a lesson, a lesson is due, a reminder about an unfinished lesson, and a coach replied to your response. No marketing messages are sent.
Who receives it: players and staff on the team roster who have turned on text messages in their profile at freedomlax.com by entering a mobile number and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of being on the team or using the site.
Message frequency: up to 10 messages a month. Frequency varies with how many lessons your coaches send.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. You can also turn text messages off in your profile.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: how we handle your mobile number and other information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or the text program after a change means you accept the new terms.
